Made to order. Nothing is made until you order it. Your pendant is produced individually once your photo is ready, then checked before it is packed.

Backed for 30 days. If it is not right when it arrives, tell us within 30 days and we will put it right with a replacement or a refund.

Order before 5:00 PM GMT for same-day processing. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. We currently ship within the UK & Ireland only.

Not the perfect fit? You have 30 days from delivery to return any unused item in its original condition and packaging. If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we cover the return cost. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Once we receive and inspect your item, refunds are issued within 7 business days. Prefer a different size or style? How does my photo get inside the necklace? Your photo is reproduced at miniature scale and set behind a domed lens in the pendant. Look straight into it and the image appears. Hold it up to a light and the same photo casts onto a nearby surface.

Can other people see my photo? Only when you want them to. At conversational distance the pendant reads as a polished heart - the image reveals itself when you look directly into the lens.

Which photos work best? A clear, well-lit picture where your subject fills a good part of the frame. People, pets, places and handwriting all work. Older or scanned photos are absolutely fine.

Can I put more than one photo in a necklace? Each pendant holds a single image. If you would like more than one, order a necklace for each photo.

Can I wear it every day? Yes. It is made for daily wear and handles everyday contact with water. Take it off for swimming pools and remove it before perfume, hairspray or cleaning products.

What if I upload the wrong photo? Contact us as soon as you can. Every necklace is made to order, so we can usually swap the image if your order has not gone into production yet.

How do I care for it? Wipe the lens gently with a soft dry cloth. Avoid polishing creams and abrasive cloths, which can dull the domed surface.
